As an Ambassador for Womens Fitness for Starboard Stand Up Paddleboards I am very passionate about my own fitness and lifestyle and that of my clients.

I have been involved in the fitness world for over 20 years concentrating on my own goals including running, weight training, stand up paddle,  snowboarding and more recently in the last 5 years my stand up paddle board fitness.

As a mother of a 14 year old son I also realise the importance of making fitness into your day to day lifestyle and the lifestyle of your family . I therefore am very flexible and adaptable with my clients understanding their restrictions.

I believe a Personal Training should fit into your routine and so therefore train my clients either in their homes, a local park or on the beach or in a local gym.

I also offer Nutritional Advice that can be tailored to each individual client’s work, family or lifestyle restrictions.

PARK AND BEACH CIRCUITS

I use Hove park , Buckingham Park , Beach Green in Shoreham and the beach in Shoreham and Hove . In all these locations there are some fantastic natural obstacles to use to progress your fitness and burn body fat .

I use a range of training techniques including High Intensity Interval training working on a timed circuit format to burn body fat and a mixture of running , body weight and boxing circuits .

The circuits include workouts using battling ropes , kettle bells , Vipers , Tyres and Bulgarian bags , all great pieces of equipment that push your body in full body movements to get the maximum workout and results .

These sessions can be one to one or group sessions of 4 or more people .

GYM SESSIONS

KRPT uses Underground Gym and Cheetahs gym in Hove for the gym sessions .

These gyms offer a great alternative if the weather is bad instead of outdoor training or as a training choice.
Both gyms have great facilities for Functional Training , Cardio specific or Weight training.

STAND UP PADDLEBOARDING

Stand up paddle boarding is a fantastic way to increase your upper body strength, core, flexibility and cardio.

I offer a range of Paddlboard fitness options.
All Paddleboards, leashes, Paddles and safety equipment are provided .
